New Norcia Bakeries is an active provider of apprenticeships. For an employee of our company, the possibilities are endless.
It starts with an environment where everyone’s contribution matters, an excellent training program, advanced baking techniques, product knowledge and effective management practices. An apprentice would learn a large variety of production techniques, develop the skills of leavened and European bread making, work with the most modern bakery equipment and train under highly qualified and skilled bakers.
We offer flexible work schedules, the best advancement opportunities coupled with high job satisfaction in a happy and vibrant atmosphere.
Apprentices would work three days a week with one day at TAFE.
