New Norcia Bakeries Gluten Free Sourdough
After 6 months of development, trial and evaluation, New Norcia Bakeries is pleased to announce that we will now be retailing a new Gluten Free Sourdough.
We have produced this bread in response to huge market demand for gluten free bread that is genuine sourdough and tastes great. Try a slice of New Norcia Gluten Free toasted and you will immediately know why this bread is a winner.
The bread is made with potato flour, rice flour and chickpea flour. It has a three day shelf life, and freezes extremely well.
This product is available at our Mount Hawthorn and Subiaco stores as of July 1st 2010.
