New Norcia Almond Biscotti
The classic Italian biscotti is elevated to new heights of flavour and texture by New Norcia Bakeries. Baked twice in our wood-fired oven to achieve a firm and uniform crispness, it displays a nutty, slightly sweet palate. Hints of roasted almond, cinnamon and lemon peel cut through the rich, caramel flavours that result from two bakings.
